No refunds and exchanges are allowed once payment is made. This is because we only have very limited quantity for each design as it is ready stock.
As stated, all items in store are ready stock, do allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order and get it shipped. In case we are not able to fulfill your order within 1-3 working days, an update will be posted on our instagram page @vintagebylivz and on the home page of our website prior to the expected delay. Refunds and exchanges are not allowed incase of a delay.
The courier we are using is POS LAJU, do expect a delay in deliveries during peak season and weekends. We are also not liable for the product after we ship it out and tracking is provided to the customer.
We will not accept requests for refunds or exchanges after the customer receives the product.
We only accept returns in case of wrong product design. Items must be returned within 7 working days from shipment date.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns, exchanges or refund deemed inappropriate
Once the order is placed and confirmed, we do not allow exchanges of design, return or refund due to the buyer's negligence in buying the wrong design or product. All relevant information of product size, colour, condition, length and whether they come with any part of its original packaging are provided clearly in the product description.
